Ms. Rhee joined First New York Realty in 1992 as Managing Director in the firm's Manhattan office. She has played prominent roles at First New York Realty, where she is the Executive Managing Director in charge of coordinating leasing assignments. Ms. Rhee is focused on the representation of corporate clients, especially Foreign Based Financial Institutions, for real estate leasing and sales transactions in New York City. Ms. Rhee owned and operated her own firm, Rhee & Associates, Inc. from 1988 - 1992 as a boutique commercial real estate brokerage house. She was in charge of coordinating leasing assignments and every aspect of the brokerage business on an everyday basis. Her commercial real estate career started in 1981, with R.B. Schlesinger & Co., where she started an was intensively trained for 8 years.

Over the course of her career, Ms. Rhee has completed numerous major leasing transactions. Tenants she represented include Bank of Korea, Woori Bank, Korea Development Bank, Shinhan Bank America, KEB Hana Bank, First Commercial Bank, Bank of India, Bank Rakyat Indonesia, Chinatrust Commercial Bank, Chang Hwa Commercial Bank, Mercantile Bank of Canada, as well as over 80 other foreign-based financial firms. Ms. Rhee also represented major corporate clients in the purchase and sale of properties. She represented the Indonesian Government in the purchase of 4 East 54th Street for its Trade Association to the United Nations. In addition, she handled the sale of 4 East 54th Street to Banco di Napoli for its New York headquarters. Ms. Rhee was the sole agent in the sale of 315 Fifth Avenue of behalf of Commercial Bank of Korea. As a result, she has brokered over 250 lease transactions during her 35-year career as a broker.
