Our fierce commitment to our clients comes from our founder, Norman Bobrow. He started the firm in 1980, declaring then and there that we’d work for tenants exclusively, with a laser focus on Manhattan. We don’t handle assignments from landlords. Nor do we own or manage any properties in NYC. Our sole obligation is to find and negotiate the best deal for you—and Norman never lets us forget it. (He still runs a weekly training session for all of our brokers. Around the industry, they say, “Send them to Bobrow to learn the business.”)
