Charles Shamash was educated at London University and graduated with a MA with the New School. He has worked in commercial real estate and investment syndication for over 20 years and represented some of the largest companies in the US including Investcorp, Bingham Dana, and Berkshire Hathaway. He is responsible for the largest television studio deal in Manhattan and the one of the largest movie affiliated companies relocating to Brooklyn.

He specializes in deals that require creative deal structuring and aligning the understood business drivers with financial, operational and strategic goals.
