Prior to joining Norman Bobrow & Co., Inc., Carol Gomez started her real estate career in the residential sector. For several years she worked with developers, landlords, buyers, sellers, and renters throughout her home borough of Queens, New York. Her superior knowledge of the local market made her a singular point of contact for all their residential real estate needs. With significant success in the residential market under her belt, Carol then began to explore the potential of the Commercial Real Estate market.
Since joining the team at Norman Bobrow & Co., Inc. as a Managing Director Commercial Specialist, she has worked in Commercial Real Estate for over 15 years and represented some of the largest companies in the US including Abel Cine, Berkshire Hathaway, in addition to foreign embassies and consulates, including the Consulate of Costa Rica. She is responsible for the largest television studio deal in Manhattan, New York and one of the largest movie affiliated companies relocating to Brooklyn. She specializes in deals that require creative deal structuring and aligning the understood business drivers with financial, operational, and strategic goals.
Carol has secured space, procured leases, and negotiated the final terms of multiple contracts from start to finish for her tenants and clients. Her commitment is to the highest level of service and integrity in helping her clients find their ideal space and ensuring that they are protected throughout the contract and lease negotiation process. She believes the experience should be a positive and pleasurable one (for the clients).
Carol graduated with an Associate of Arts Degree in Business Administration from LaGuardia Community College (Queens. N.Y) When Carol is not working with clients in finding them their ideal location, you can find her with her family enjoying outdoor activities such as Hiking, Camping, Biking.
