Abe Bose joined Norman Bobrow & Co., Inc. in 1994 after obtaining his B.A. in Finance from Baruch College in New York City. Abe’s strong consultative and negotiating skills, his considerable business expertise and his consistent record of achievement, allow him to professionally and effectively address the critical requirements and specific preferences of his customers.



As a real estate broker, Abe has successfully represented and consummated leasing transactions throughout the city for various financial institutions, law firms and service businesses located in the Metropolitan New York area. Some of his customers include Bingham McCutchen in 399 Park Avenue; Orbitex Management in 410 Park Avenue; Wind-Up Records in a Midtown South location; American Heritage Management; Brand Institute—whose founders are two major league baseball players—placed in 42 Broadway; Emusic.com.



In his spare time, he is active in the Brazilian-American Chamber of Commerce and the Indian Chamber of Commerce. Mr. Bose was honored with Norman Bobrow & Co., Inc. “Broker of the Year” Award for two consecutive years.
