Eric Kahn began his career in real estate in 1985 after graduating from the University of Pennsylvania. He initially worked at Walters & Samuels, Inc. and then in 1990 joined First New York Realty Brokers, LLC (FNYR) as a commercial real estate broker. In the past four years alone, he has negotiated leases with an aggregate rent of over $35,000,000.

Eric's specialty lies in Class A office space. His clients have included Clifford Chance, Dibb, Lupton, Alsop, Fore Research LLC, Fox Rothschild LLP, Aberdeen Asset Management, New York Eye & Ear Infirmary, Fresh Direct, Gotham Capital V LLP, Joho Capital LLP, Lotame Systems, Maverick Capital Inc., Mediawhiz Inc., Mitsubishi Power Systems Americas, National Association of State Boards of Accountancy, Paltalk Inc., Pzena Investment Management Inc., RHI Entertainment, Roosevelt Management Group, Titan Capital, and Triangle Capital Group.

As an executive Managing Director, Eric manages eight junior brokers as well as works closely with Norman Bobrow, the managing partner of FNYR. Outside of the office, Eric serves on the Building Committee for Friends Seminary and is involved in the Kellner Pediatric Liver Foundation. He has coached for years in various youth basketball organizations, such as the Dalton School and the Yorkville Youth Athletic League.
