Elie Smith joined Norman Bobrow & Co., Inc. after almost a decade in his family's textile (embroidery) business where he specialized in sales, primarily to medium-large size entrepreneurial (privately owned) firms, the type of firm he also targets in Commercial Real Estate leasing. Elie joined the firm almost at its inception, it being his first and only firm for his entire career in real estate brokerage.
Elie enjoys a respected reputation among tenants for his expertise in providing extensive market coverage, and his ability to identify the buildings/spaces that are most suited for his clients' needs. Elie enjoys amongst an array of diverse industries which include computer, engineering, architectural, graphic design, publishing, advertising, and others. He is similarly known for his detailed, methodical, negotiating skills to protect his clients on all pertinent economic points and ancillary issues relating to the tenants' needs.
