9: Lease Execution and Construction of Premises
Only when all terms are fully agreed to are the leases executed. We act as needed to smooth the way for your space planner to work with the landlord's contractor or your own, depending on the lease arrangements. We regularly visit the premises and render whatever assistance is required in this area. In addition, we work to dispose of any expansion premises you may have taken and to assist with the planning of the move, if requested.
10: Continuing Relationship
Whatever the task, Norman Bobrow & Company will be there to consult and advise on any issues or questions that arise for the duration of your new lease.
