Norman Bobrow & Company has built its reputation by serving the needs of tenants, rather than landlords. However, occasionally property which is controlled by one of our customers or associates comes on the market, and we are given the exclusive rights to represent this property.
Sometimes one of our customers will find itself with excess space due to fluctuations in market conditions, mergers, downsizing, etc. In these instances they will often ask us to assist in helping them to dispose of their excess office space. In other cases, simply due to our reputation in the industry, we are able to obtain an exclusive relationship with a landlord who may not have the means handle the careful screening of prospective new tenants.
Our priority and our emphasis remains the same while working on these projects. The tenant is still the most important element of our equation. Even though we are helping to place someone into a particular space or building, we will never try to put someone into that space who doesn't belong there. The continued good relationship with commercial office space tenants has always been of paramount importance to us, and we will do nothing to violate the trust we have earned.
